How the Intake Works

Most software inquiries do not start fully defined. This page explains why we organize first and how that leads to real follow-up.

This is not an instant-quote entry

Requests often start mixed: website refresh, internal workflow, and AI ideas in one conversation.

A long form is often incomplete, while free chat can spread without becoming actionable.

So we first organize context, pain point, priority, and likely first scope.

The key is handoff, not chat length

The goal is not to collect everything in one session.

The goal is to keep a reusable summary for the next human discussion, with less repetition and less drift.

Typical flow

  • Identify the closest project direction
  • Clarify current context and biggest pain
  • Narrow goals, priorities, and must-have scope
  • Generate a summary for the next human step

You do not need to finish everything at once

If the direction is clear enough, a first summary can be created early.

Missing details can be filled in later during follow-up.

If you have a rough direction, you can start now.

You do not need a complete requirement document before starting.
