A long form is often incomplete, while free chat can spread without becoming actionable.
So we first organize context, pain point, priority, and likely first scope.
The goal is not to collect everything in one session.
The goal is to keep a reusable summary for the next human discussion, with less repetition and less drift.
If the direction is clear enough, a first summary can be created early.
Missing details can be filled in later during follow-up.
You do not need a complete requirement document before starting.
